We at YG COLLECTION are committed to providing you with an easy return’s process if something didn’t work out this time. We gladly accept returns unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached within 15 days of delivery to you for an exchange or store credit.

EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT
Returns are accepted within 15 days of order delivery. All returned items are thoroughly inspected before store credit can be processed. Please ensure all return:

• Items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition; being free of all smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids

• Items have all tags attached and not tampered with, and in original packaging

• Items are returned by the 15th day of delivery

● Gift Cards

● Accessories, due to sanitary reasons.

● Swimwear, due to sanitary reasons.

● Bodysuits, due to sanitary reasons.

All sale items are final and nonrefundable.

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return or exchange. Once/if your return is authorized, you will receive return instructions via email on how to return your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 2 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

When your return is accepted, a unique YG COLLECTION store credit code will be sent to the email used to make the original purchase. 

Please note your store credit code has no expiration and can be used whenever.

Yes you can, we have a 24 hr cancellation policy. You are allowed a purchased order to be canceled within 24 hours, a full refund will be processed to the original form of payment. You can email us info@ygcollection.comfor any order cancellations inquiries.

If you have received a damaged/defective item or an item that is not the one you've ordered, please notify us within 2 days of delivery and email us by contacting us here.

Once our team has provided a return label & approved, it must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.  

We want you to be absolutely in love with our designs. For 1-year from the date of purchase, we will gladly repair or replace your piece if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. If you experience a need for jewelry repair, please email info@ygcollection.com with your name, order number, and a description of your repair issue. We are confident in the quality of our product, hence the 1-year coverage.

The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or earring post, or broken chain), improper use or storage of your jewelry or any modification to your piece done by a third party outside of YG COLLECTION.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING ORDERS/RETURNS

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject orders/returns from customers at any time due to:

•An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

•An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

•Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
