Orders marked as “pre-shipment” do not mean we have not shipped your order; USPS may be scanning more or less based on their workload. We do not have control over how fast an item will be in transit via USPS. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing after you have received tracking.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will be processed, and when it's ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. Please refer to the list above for available shipping methods.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER OR NOT?
Under the product description, we will indicate whether an item is made to order or not. No worries; very few items are.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS TO SHIP?
Made-to-order items often require 10–15 business days to be dispatched from our warehouse. A made-to-order item is a product manufactured solely for you. Production time is often much shorter.
RETURN TO SENDER:
If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address or forwarding issue, we will contact you and issue you a store credit gift card amounting to your order.

- Stay in the loop through every part of your delivery.
- If tracking shows no movement or looks to be stuck after exceeding the appropriate amount of days (5 days domestic) (20 days international), then orders may be considered lost and a claim will need to be made.
Claims for orders lost-in-transit must be filed no later than 30 days from the last available tracking update.
Stolen Orders
- An order is considered stolen if tracking confirms package status as "delivered," but not received
- We ask that you wait minimum 5 days from the day your package status was marked delivered before reaching out and filing your claim
Claims for stolen orders must be filed within 15 days from the date your package was marked delivered.

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING WHAT DO I DO?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. Please wait 3 days; in rare cases, packages may be delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
NOTICE:
YG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We kindly ask that you ensure your shipping address is correct on packages before they leave our facility. Lost or stolen packages are nonrefundable on our end.
Once your order leaves our facility, it is at the liability of the mailing carrier the package was shipped with at that time. If your package says delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office and file a claim through the mailing carrier as instructed.
