Refund policy
We at YG COLLECTION are committed to providing you with an easy return’s process if something didn’t work out at this time. We gladly accept returns unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached, within 30 days of delivery to you for store credit or an exchange.
EXCHANGES - STORE CREDIT
Returns are accepted within 30 days of order delivery. All returned items are thoroughly inspected before an exchange or store credit can be processed. Please ensure all returns:
NON-RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS INCLUDE: Accessories, gift cards, swimwear, and bodysuits due to sanitary reasons.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All clearance and final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

HOW TO RETURN:
1. Visit the returns portal.
2. Enter your order number and email address to start.
3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
5. Ship your return (you will receive a store credit refund for the cost of the products minus shipping costs once we receive your return).
Important:
- Store credits are issued once your return is processed and are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. Be sure to use your credit within this timeframe to redeem your next favorite piece!

RETURN PROCESSING:
Please allow between 2-3 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you have received a damaged or defective item or an item that is not the one you've ordered, please notify us within 2 days of delivery and email us by contacting us here. We will rectify this situation immediately by shipping you the correct item or non-damaged item, as long as it is available.

DAMANGED ITEMS:
Returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We do not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal. No exceptions.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER:
Yes, you can; we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You are allowed a purchased order to be canceled within 24 hours; a full refund will be processed to the original form of payment. You can email us at info@ygcollection.com for any order cancellation inquiries.
Reserved Rights Regarding Orders/Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject orders or returns from customers at any time due to:
Store credit codes issued as part of the returns process are unique to the original customer and are intended for personal use only. These codes cannot be transferred, shared, or used by anyone other than the recipient. They may only be used once unless otherwise specified.
Misuse of store credit codes, including unauthorized sharing or fraudulent use, is a violation of our policies and may result in the cancellation of orders and the suspension or termination of accounts. In cases of intentional misuse or fraud, YG COLLECTION reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include seeking restitution through legal means.
