Refund policy
We hope you love your YG COLLECTION pieces. If something isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached.
HOW TO RETURN

Visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address.

Select the item(s) you'd like to return and choose an exchange or store credit.

Once approved, download and print your prepaid return label.

Pack your return, attach your label, and drop it off with the carrier shown on your return label.
Please keep your tracking information until your return has been processed.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, stains, fragrances, odors, bodily fluids, or other signs of wear.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined and returned to the customer.
RETURN SHIPPING
A prepaid return label will be provided through our Returns Center. The cost of your return label will be calculated when your return is submitted and deducted from your return value. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Eligible items may be exchanged for another available size or variant through our Returns Center. All exchanges are subject to availability.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit is issued once your return has been received, inspected, and approved. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing after your return reaches our fulfillment center.
Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance and cannot be redeemed for cash.
FINAL SALE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items marked Final Sale, clearance items, accessories, gift cards, swimwear, and bodysuits cannot be returned or exchanged.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once confirmed, YG COLLECTION will cover the return shipping cost and work with you to make it right.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Need to cancel your order? Contact info@ygcollection.com as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of purchase, provided your order has not already entered fulfillment or shipped.
