It’s suited for someone who enjoys organizing schedules, managing details, and supporting behind the scenes. From calendar coordination to travel planning and daily tasks, you’ll play a key role in helping maintain flow and ensuring priorities are handled smoothly.

You’ll work closely with the founder, gaining hands-on experience while learning how day-to-day operations are managed within a growing brand.

What You’ll Support

You will assist in managing the structure and flow of day-to-day operations.

• Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and daily coordination
• Support travel planning, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
• Help organize personal inbox and communication when needed
• Keep track of ongoing priorities and help ensure nothing is missed
• Support coordination across team members when necessary
 • Help maintain organization systems and improve efficiency where possible
