We are currently looking for an Influencer Partnerships Manager to take full ownership of our creator relationships, from sourcing to execution. This is a highly hands on role for someone who understands the power of thoughtful partnerships and is excited to build a network of creators who genuinely connect with the brand while contributing to its growth.
Our pieces are designed to feel timeless and elevated, which means every partnership, interaction, and touchpoint must be approached with a high level of care and intention.
What You’ll Own
You will take full ownership of the partnerships pipeline and relationship lifecycle.
• Develop and execute an influencer and affiliate strategy aligned with the brand’s goals and budget
• Source and select creators who align with YG Collection
• Execute thoughtful, on brand outreach that feels personal and intentional
• Manage communication from initial outreach through post delivery follow up
• Coordinate product selection and seeding based on each partner’s style and fit
• Track performance, deliveries, and content output to identify top partners for affiliate or paid opportunities
• Support the expansion of our seeding and affiliate program across TikTok Shop and other channels
• Build and maintain organized systems to manage overall pipeline
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…
• Have experience in influencer marketing across TikTok Shop and beyond
• Have a refined eye for fashion, branding, and overall creative direction
• Can distinguish between strong visual presence and performance when evaluating creators
• Think strategically and contribute ideas that support long term growth
• Have experience executing influencer outreach for e commerce brands
• Are highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Communicate clearly, intentionally, and in alignment with the brand
• Take full ownership of your work and operate with a high level of independence
Compensation
Part time role with competitive pay, plus performance based incentives tied to results.
